Artist

        Paulette Grant has been painting for more than thirty years and has worked in oils ,watercolors and pastels . Acrylics and pencil drawings are now used exclusively to reproduce a variety of subjects such as wildlife,landscapes, portraits,mythical beings and spiritual entities.
        Over the years she taught a few classes in acrylics,entered and won competitions and has since settled into her home studio in Elliot Lake Ontario Canada where she continues to recreate what she sees and feels with brush or pen as she also enjoys writing and is a published poet.
        The nice thing about purchasing an original painting by Paulette is the likelihood of finding a charming bit of poetry on the back of the piece . For relaxation she likes walks in the fresh air and singing .She sings a little for you just below her photo.Photographing black bears that at times roam her neighborhood is also a bit of fun as well as picnics in the afternoons even when its raining.
